About Us

Wat Dhammarangsey is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Theravada Buddhism and providing cultural festivals and spiritual guidance to all individuals who are interested.

Established in 1978, Wat Dhammarangsey was founded and is supported by the Oregon Cambodian Buddhist Society. Initially situated in a residential home in Beaverton, Oregon, the temple relocated in 1982 thanks to the fundraising efforts of the Cambodian community. With the funds raised, the community purchased land in West Linn, Oregon, where the temple stands today, featuring Khot, Sala, and Vihear structures.
