The Board of Directors of the Oregon Cambodian Buddhist Society, Inc. cordially invites all members of our community to celebrate Bon Visakha Puja, the year’s greatest religious holiday, which commemorates the Buddha’s birth, enlightenment, and Parinibbana (death).

This commemoration includes the Bon Pka Prak or the tradition Money Tree Ceremony. The devotees will take a procession around the Vihear building to raise fund for operations and continuing improvements of Wat Dhammarangsey.

May the Angel of 2023 blesses you peace, prosperity, good health and happiness.

7:00 PM           Dhamma talk

SUNDAY May 7, 2023

9:30 AM          Pay homage to the Buddha, observe the Five Precepts

10:00 AM        Almsgiving

11:00 AM        Food offering to the Sangha

12:00 PM        Lunch for laypeople

12:30 PM        Visakha recitation and offering of Pka Prak (Money Tree) to the Sangha
